यौनाकर्षण: स्त्रियों की जिम्मेदारी/गैरजिम्मेदारी 2

मै यौनाकर्षण: स्त्रियों की जिम्मेदारी/गैरजिम्मेदारी 1  में कह चुका हूँ कि बलात्कार के लिये मेरी नजर में एक ही सजा है — मृत्युदंड या सामूहिक तरीके से लिंगछेदन. जो पाश्विक व्यवहार उसने एक स्त्री के साथ किया है उसके लिये सिर्फ उतनी ही कठोर सजा द्वारा न्याय हो सकता है. चंद्रगुप्त विक्रमादित्य के राज में लोग घरों में ताला नहीं लगाते थे क्योंकि चोर का हाथ काट दिया जाता था. अत: बलात्कारी को तो मृत्युदंड मिलना चाहिये, एवं मेरे पाठक कतई यह न समझे कि कि मैं बलात्कारियों एवं स्त्रीलंपटों की वकालात कर रहा हूँ.

लेकिन इसका एक दूसरा पहलू भी है.  मैं ने यौनाकर्षण: स्त्रियों की जिम्मेदारी/गैरजिम्मेदारी 1 कहा था कि स्त्रियां एक तरफ अराजकत्व की ओर उन्मुख आजादी एवं दूसरी ओर सुरक्षा चाहती हैं तो यह संभव नहीं है. संतुलन जरूरी है. इसका कारण है पुरुष एवं स्त्री मन का अंतर.

पुरुष यदि अर्धनग्न या शारीरिक सौष्ठव को प्रदर्शित करने वाले वस्त्र पहने तो स्त्री पर उसका मामूली असर पडता है. लेकिन यदि स्त्री अर्धनग्न या शरीर की विशेषताओं को प्रदर्शित करने वाले वस्त्र धारण करे तो पुरुष पर दस हजार गुना असर होगा है. इतना ही नहीं, जिस प्रकार बैंक में आपके संचयी खाते में जमा किया जाने वाला थोडा सा पैसा कई महीनों तक जमा करने के बाद काफी बडी राशि हो जाती है, उसी प्रकार यदि कोई स्त्री पुरुष की वासना को भडकाने वाले कार्य करे, तो सचयी खाते के समान उसकी यौनेच्छा बढती चली जाती है.

अत: जब कुछ स्त्रियां बारबार यह कहती हैं कि उनके वस्त्र का या यौनाकर्षण का पुरुष पर कतई कोई असर नहीं होना चाहिये तो यह गलत है. वास्तविकता के धरातल से हट कर है. एक दृढनिश्चई मेनका चाहे तो सबसे बडे तापस्वी के मन को भी डिगा सकती है. इतिहास इस बात का प्रमाण है. [शेष अगले लेखों में]

    जब नागा बाबा का जुलूस निकलता है तो उसमे पुरुष अधनंगे नही नंगे होते है . शास्त्री जी सोच कर बताये अगर उस जुलूस मे पुरुष की जगह स्त्री हों तो क्या जुलूस इतनी शांती से निकाला जा सकता है ?
    फिर अगर कोई स्त्री आप को अधनंगी दिखती है तो आप आँखे क्यो नहीं बंद करलेते , चलईये मान लिया स्त्रियाँ पतित है तो मत देखो . और रह गयी बात nuns की तो मे इसी बहुत सी nuns को जानती हूँ {क्योकि मे konvent educated हूँ जहाँ father और nuns होते है और मेरी माता जी ने सात वर्ष एक कान्वेंट कॉलेज मे अध्यापन किया हैं } जो केवल मजबूरी वश इस को निभाती है क्योकि उनके परिवार वालो ने उन्हें ये अपनाने को बाधित किया है . जैसे हिन्दू धर्म मे तमाम जगह स्त्रियों को मंदिर मे भगवान् की पत्नी के रूप मे रखा जाता है ।
    नारी सर ढक कर रहे या अधनंगी रहें पुरुष समाज की नज़र एक सी ही होती है नहीं तो ६-१३ साल की बच्चिया बलात्कार का शिकार ना होती . कुछ शिक्षा नैतिकता की पुरुष समाज को भी दे शायद समाज का कुछ उथान हों , नारी को तो युगों से नातिकता का पाठ सब पढा रहे हैं पर फिर भी समाज मे अनित्कता फैल रही हैं ।
    यदि आपको लगता है कि स्त्री की वेशभूषा का पुरुष पर कोई भी असर नहीं होता तो यह आपकी गलतफहमी है.
    नहीं शास्त्री जी आज की नारी को कोई भ्रम नहीं है , कोई गलतफहमी नहीं हैं । पर काम , वासना , नैतिकता नारी और पुरुष के लिये एक ही मतलब रखे तो सही होगा । ५० आदमियों की भीड़ २ औरतो को निर्वस्त्र कर के अपनी मर्दानगी का डंका कब तक पीटेगी और कब तक आप जैसे विद्वान उनको ये कह कर सही साबित करेगे कि उन दो औरतो का पहनावा ही ऐसा था ?? समय बदल रहा है पुरुष की नज़र नहीं बदली तो समय वह दूर नहीं स्त्री फिर दुर्गा बने
    WHAT EVER MENAKA DID , SHE WAS FREE TO DO IT , SHE WAS NOT FORCED BY THE HERMIT TO COME AND SEDUCE HIM.
    WE ALL ARE TALKING ABOUT THE FREEDOM TO DO WHAT WE WANT , THE FREEDOM TO WEAR WHAT WE WANT AS PERMITTED BY THE LAW OF THE NATION AND CONSTTITION OF THE NATION .
    GENDER EQAULITY IS STATE OF MIND .
    stop blaming woman for the unethical thinking of man folk that woman is an object and learn to accept NO

    One cannot advocate anarchy and then demand protection.

    this link clearly says that even NUNS are raped in our society who aacording to you are 1. यदि आप को लगता है कि स्त्री के वस्त्रधारण एवं यौनाकर्षण में कोई संबंध नहीं है तो सवाल है के “सेक्सी” पिक्चरों, चित्रों, नाचगानों में स्त्री को अधनंगा क्यों दिखाया जाता है. क्यों उनको केथोलिक भिक्षुणियों (Nuns) के समान पूरी तरह आवृत करके दिखाया नहीं जाता या नचाया नहीं जाता?

    You are assuming that I am justifying something. Just wait.

    I appreciate the feedback from you, but wish to point out that “freedom” and “responsibility” should have a healthy balance.

    As far as debate in concerned, the fact that anyone can comment on my blog, and that they have the freedom to blast my ideas, shows I believe in mutual interaction — from which will converge great insights.

    Unfortunately, constitution does not speak on issues on which we are discussing here.

    Dress-code and dress-ethics is not part of constitution. That only ADDS to the enormous responsibility women have in a free society.

    I have not come to that topc yet!! Men have a greater responsibility and that is why I advocate capital punishment for rape. Kindly do take note of that.

    रचना जी के एक प्रश्न के उत्तर देने की जुर्रत कर रहा हूँ -यदि नारिओं का निर्वसन समूह एक आम बात हो जाय तो उनमे भी लोगों की रूचि धीरे धीरे खत्म हो जायेगी -कई आदीवासी कल्चर मे औरते लगभग निर्वसन ही रहती हैं पर वहाँ वे उद्दीपन का बायस नही बनतीं .लोग आदी हो जाते है -रूस मे आज कई शहर ऐसे हैं जहा लोग इतना यांत्रिक जीवन जी रहें हैं कि उन्हें आकर्षित करने के लिए बेटर सेक्स को खुले आम उद्दीपनों का सहारा लेना पड़ रहा है पर इन आधुनिक काम्जेताओं पर कोई प्रभाव नही है ,ऐसा नही है कि निर्वस्त्र महिलाओं की अगर सरे राह परेड करा दी जाय तो बलात्कारियों की फौज उन पर टूट पड़ेगी .
    हाँ ,भारत एक वर्जनाओं और कुंठित काम मनोवृत्ति का देश है यहाँ उद्दीपक वस्त्र कुछ लोगों को अवश्य विचलित कर सकते हैं -अभी हम पश्चिम के यौनोंमुक्त जीवनके अभ्यस्त नहीं हैं -यहाँ उद्दीपक वस्त्रों का जैविक प्रभाव कुछ लोगों पर पड़ सकता है ,फिर भी ऐसा नही है कि सब भूखे भेडिये की तरह अकेली और निर्वसन औरत को देख कर टूट ही पड़ेंगे .
    पश्चिम के उन होटलों मे जहाँ निर्व्सनाएं सर्व करती हैं लोग अकस्मात ही उनके वक्षों को छूने को लपकते है और वे अदाओं के साथ आयी मुसीबत को टालती हैं -मतलब ?विपरीत सेक्स का एक नैसर्गिक सहज आकर्षण तो है ही -नारियों को इसे समझना चाहिए जो न समझे वो अनाडी है या जोखिम उठा रहा है .

    the reason of this debate was that what happend in mumbai was because of the dress code of the woman .i had sent mr shashtri the link of debate going on at kakesh blog and he had said he would write on his blog rather then commenting . lets not forget the cause of this debate that woman are free to think what is good and bad for them and that includes the dress code as well . make rules in society that are good for man and woman equally . question who will do it ? all of us have to take a initiative . i am not against man or woman its my way awakening the society .

    A correction: while it is true that the link you sent me was instrumental in me thinking on this subject, the current articles I write are looking at a broader canvas. Issue like what happened in Bombay would be treated as a portion of the larger canvas

    एक भीड़ भाड़ वाला इलाक़ा.. एक महिला वहाँ से गुजती है.. पूरे कपड़े पहने..
    कितने लोग मूड कर देखते हैं ? शायद कुच्छ एक.
    कितने लोग उस बारे मैं बात करते हैं ? शायद कोई भी नही बलकी यकीनन कोई भीं नही.
    अब वही जगह… वही महिला उत्तेजक वस्त्रॉ मे उन्ही लोगों के बीच वहाँ से गुजरती है…
    कितने लोग मुरकर देखते हैं ? लगभग सभी !!
    कितने लोग उस बारे मैं बात करते हैं ? बहुत से..
    और शायद कुच्छ पीछा भी करे.. और शायद कुच्छ छेड़ भी दें …
    हो सकता है आप सिर्फ़ दिखाना चाहती हों लेकिन देखने वेल सिर्फ़ देख कर रह नही सकते.

    i think, only knowledge can able to make a free mind of humankind, so if we want make better society our responsibilities to make a better education and that start from birth of a child to adult state of humanbeing.
